SMART Objectives for the Odyssey Program Evaluation are statements that clearly define success for Odyssey. The acronym SMART was used to help develop objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound. These objectives were developed in collaboration with Odyssey’s Directors. Summer 2008 was the first and baseline year for these measures.
Please note that a sample of Odyssey’s 2010 SMART results is included here. A comprehensive report is available upon request.
